Shipping and Exchange Policy

Delivery schedules:
Any scheduled delivery times are based on the tracking number provided by our delivery partners. We are committed to delivering to you on time. In the event of any unforeseen delays, we will update you promptly when we have updated information from our partners.

As hygiene is a primary concern for face mask, there is strictly no returns of any goods sold.

We will only replace items that have manufacturer defects. When you have received the items, do  send us an email to or contact us at +65 80310121 and we shall guide you how to ship us the defective items.
Our exchange policy is effective for 30 days from invoice date. Any claims past the 30 days period will not be allowed, however we reserve the discretion to assist as we deem fit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Exchange Shipping:
Return shipping fees would be borne by the buyer.

Depending on your location, the delivery period from us to you varies.
We recommend any shipments to us to be trackable as we will not be liable for any lost deliveries.
