Any scheduled delivery times are based on Best Information provided by our delivery partners. We are committed to delivering to you on time, in the event of any unforeseen delays, we will update you promptly when we have updated information from our partners.
As hygiene is a primary concern for Face Mask, there is strictly no returns of any goods sold.
We will replace items that have manufacturer defects, send us an email to email@example.com and we shall guide you how to ship us the defective items.
Our exchange policy is effective for 30 days from invoice date. Any claims past the 30 days period will not be allowed, however we reserve the discretion to assist as we deem fit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
We will not be responsible for any shipping costs.
Depending on your location, the delivery period from us to you varies.
We recommend any shipments to us to be trackable as we will not be liable for any lost deliveries.
