Are your masks made in Singapore and HSA approved?

Yes we manufacture our masks in Singapore and our HSA license to manufacture, distribute is ES0501062.

Do I need an account to purchase?

Yes you will need to register for an account first.

What is the delivery charge for Singapore?

Local courier is free for purchases above $20 but limited to courier delivery coverage areas such as Sentosa and Jurong Island.

When will the items be shipped out?

We will ship out within the next 2 working days excluding weekends.

Do you have corporate or groupbuy discount?

Yes we do! Do drop us a email or WhatsApp to share with us more details.

Are you able to customize the masks to add in logos or pictures?

Yes we do customization for any events, do feel free to email or WhatsApp us.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do ship to South East Asia, Taiwan and Australia. Do email or WhatsApp us to share with us more details so that we could advice you the shipping fees.

What is the difference between the H and the MB series?

For the H series, they are non surgical and does not have any BFE, whereas for the MB series, they are surgical masks which has a BFE and PFE of 99.7%.

Am I allowed to return or refund my masks?

Masks sold are not allowed to be returned due to hygiene reasons. For refund, it will depend on case-to-case basis with valid reasoning. Do email or WhatsApp us on this.

How long will the refund take places?

It will take about 5 to 7 days for the bank to process.

When will the membership points expire?

The points earned would expiry after 365 days.
